  • How should I store my charcuterie board if I’m not serving it immediately?

    If you need to store your board, keep it in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or the provided packaging. Take it out about 30 minutes before serving to bring the cheeses and other items to the ideal serving temperature.

  • Can I order a board as a gift?

    Yes! Our boards make beautiful, thoughtful gifts for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions. We can also include a personalized note upon request.

  • Do you offer classes or tutorials on charcuterie styling?

    Yes, we occasionally host charcuterie styling workshops! Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming classes and events.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or setup time for a full credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for last-minute cancellations due to the perishable nature of our ingredients. Deposits are 100% not refundable.
